Purchases through Gumroad
Checkout, payment, and digital delivery take place on Gumroad. Gumroad processes the information you provide there under its own notices and terms. Kataphasis does not collect card details through this website. We may receive or access customer and order information made available for sales administration and support, such as a customer email address, purchased product, and order reference. Contacting us
If you email Kataphasis, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond, assist with orders, and maintain relevant correspondence. Please do not send payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Email is handled through the business email service.
Email signup and browser preferences
Kit forms are not currently connected in the website configuration, so no email signup is available here. Before enabling a form, this notice must be updated to explain the information collected, delivery of the selected resource, any optional marketing, the email provider, and how to unsubscribe.
The resource popup is currently disabled. If enabled later, its dismissal preference is stored locally in your browser for 30 days; that timestamp is not itself sent to a mailing list.
