POLICY DRAFT / FOR REVIEW
Terms of use
Draft updated 30 October 2026.
Confirm any additional legally required operator details, business disclosures, and local requirements before treating these draft terms as final. Product-specific licenses and checkout disclosures must remain consistent with them.
About these terms
Kataphasis is operated by Augustus, based in Brazil. These terms cover the website and its digital resources. Questions about the website, products, or these terms can be sent to hello@kataphasis.com.
Products and purchases
Each product listing describes its contents, available formats, and displayed price. Check the product information and the final price, currency, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout before buying. Payment and digital delivery take place through Gumroad under the checkout terms presented there. Products marked as placeholders are not available for purchase.
Use of content
Unless a product expressly includes a different license, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may keep personal backup copies and use the files on your own compatible devices.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the complete files with others, or claim their contents as your own. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright. These conditions do not restrict quotation, accessibility uses, or other uses permitted by applicable law. Any license supplied with a free resource or individual product should be read alongside these terms.
Consumer rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes any applicable rights relating to faulty, inaccessible, or misdescribed digital content and any statutory cancellation rights.
If you have a problem with a purchase, use the support information in your Gumroad receipt or contact hello@kataphasis.com with your order reference. We will work with you to understand the issue and identify the appropriate support or refund route. See Refunds & purchase support for guidance.
If an issue remains unresolved, you retain any right available under applicable law to contact a consumer protection authority or seek a remedy through the appropriate courts or other available dispute-resolution process. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to waive protections that apply where you live.
